Beeatrice is usually the first bee that players encounter in the game, as it's a reward from the first quest, Welcome To APICO.

General Info

While looking just like an ordinary Common Bee, Beeatrice is the subject of An Army Of Beeatrice achievement, requiring the player to breed 20 of her offspring. As there is no way for inexperienced players to distinguish between Beeatrice and other, easily obtainable Common Bees, she is easily misplaced or released, rendering the achievement unobtainable. Completionist players are advised that the quickest and easiest way is to start a new save and quickly get the achievement this way.

As of Patch 1.3.0 it is possible to distinguish Beeatrice and her offspring from other bees using the Microscope - Beeatrice trait will be shown in the lower right corner.
