Beetrix is a talented carpenter who lives in Port APICO. They grew up with the player when they were younger, and will comment on the player's progress through various crafting machines as they progress in the game.

Like most NPCs, Beetrix can be picked up with a to be moved to other places.

When you speak to , they'll give the following lines of dialogue, based on certain actions you've taken or items you've collected/crafted:

Greeting	Oh hey {PLAYER.NAME}, how are you today!
Default Dialogue	Wow! Look at you {PLAYER.NAME}, it has been quite a few years hasn't it! You're all grown up now!
After crafting a Sawbench	Aww, look at you go! We'll make a Carpenter of you yet! If you want to upgrade your machines you should start collecting Lilypads so you can make some Waterproof.
After getting Waterproof	Waterproof is super handy, you can use it to make yourself all sorts of containers to store the Resin you get from Treetaps! You can even make an Infuser to start treating your wood with that Resin.
After getting Treated Planks	With treated wood you can start making clockwork machines! Treated Wooden Sticks and Glue from your bees' Propolis can make some basic cogs to upgrade your Sawbench.
After crafting a Sawmill	Made yourself a Sawmill now, huh? Look at you go! Good thing you can't automate creativity or I'd be out of a job...
After crafting all 3 clockwork machines	Now you're cooking, look at all those clockwork machines go! You could actually upgrade your machines even more with Honeycore, but we'd need Bobbee for that. They live out in the heart of the Tundra so you better pack ya warm clothes {PLAYER.NAME}!
After getting a honeycore machine (any)	Oh you got yourself a Honeycore machine did you? Isn't it just dreamy! If I had a couple of those I'd never have to work again - maybe I could take up Beekeeping instead eh?
Hivemother's Door opened	Spoilers - Show Dialogue Oh {PLAYER.NAME} what happened! I saw a bright light and I heard this voice... The Hivemother? For real?? Oh {PLAYER.NAME} that's incredible, I had always believed but to know it's all true, it's just wonderful. Don't you forget about me when you're all famous!
