Predictor
"Used to predict the potential offspring of a Queen."
The Predictor is an important machine when it comes to trying to figure out Cross-Breeding, as it will show all the potential offspring a hybrid queen can form, along with mutations.
General Info
When it comes to Cross-Breeding you could use Punnett Squares to work out the chances of the offspring a hybrid queen could make - or you could use a Predictor! A Predictor will show a break-down of the 4 different types of offspring that would be made according to a Punnett, along with the chances of those offspring.
If there are any hybrid offspring, the Predictor will also show any mutation species as well as their related chances (if the player has discovered that species). This means a player can check that a given queen does have mutation potential, as well as check the chances involved.
