Centrifuge
"Used to extract bee produce from Uncapped Frames."
The Centrifuge is a semi-automatic upgrade of the Extractor, allowing the player to wind up the machine for a short period of time and have it automatically extract frames without the need for manually pumping the extractor.
General Info
Like the Extractor, the Centrifuge allows the player to take Uncapped Frames and extract the produce from them. The Special Produce gained is based on the species of the bee that filled the frame, as well as the flowers that were nearby. The amount of Honey produced is based on the bee's Productivity trait. When extracting frames, Cross-Pollination can occur based on the flowers that were nearby the bee that filled the frame.
The Centrifuge is an upgraded version of the Extractor, so as well as being semi-automatic, the Centrifuge has 3 extra input slots, 3 extra produce slots, and 3 extra output slots, meaning it can process 6 frames at the same time (vs the Extractor which can only process 3 at a time).
Although upgraded, the honey storage tank remains the same capacity at 1000bl.
