When Butterflies come to the end of their lifecycle in a Butterfly Hotel, they lay eggs to start the next generation.
General Info
The eggs laid by butterflies can be used in a Nursery to be grown into a Caterpillar. The "lifespan" of an egg is always half the length of a butterflies own standard lifecycle. Visually the eggs of each species of butterfly look the same.
Currently there are no uses for eggs outside of being put in a nursery, although they can be sold.
