"Used in building, can be placed on the ground"

Flooring is a catch-all category for any of the decoration items that can be placed on the ground. Most flooring is decorational, however some flooring like the pier flooring has some extra uses as it makes shallow water walkable.

Most basic flooring can be crafted, however some are only bought from NPCs.
